- Basic description of design concept
- Placement (body part, front/back, inside/outside), including which side of body (left/right). Please notify me if you have any existing tattoos in the same or surrounding area to where the new piece will be.
- Desired size of the tattoo (in inches)
- Color/black preference
- Your availability (best days/times of the week for you to get tattooed, or specific dates if traveling)
- Your budget, if you have one
